By submitting any payment through our payment portals or using any of our partners (including HeyPayout), the Client acknowledges and agrees that such payment shall be considered the same as a signature, confirming acceptance of this Agreement and all its terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.insightful.biz (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by 13679497 CANADA INC.. By accessing and using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to businesses only.

1. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site, including images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any other material associated with the Site, is the property of 13679497 CANADA INC. and the Site's creators. All services are to be paid for in full at the time of order.

- Bank Transfer

- Hey Payout (Flexible Payment Extension Service available)

By selecting Hey Payout, you authorize the use of this payment method for any services purchased, and you may be eligible for flexible payment options as per the terms and conditions of Hey Payout.

6. Payment Terms for Services

- Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the services.

- Full Fee: The full fee for the services, as described in the product page on our website, is non-refundable once the services have commenced.

- Outstanding Balance: Any outstanding balance will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate allowed by law), along with all costs of collection, including legal fees.

Currency: Fees are payable in the selected currency:

- Canadian Dollars (CAD)

- United States Dollars (USD)

- Euros (EUR)

- Late Payment Penalty: An administrative fee of $150 CAD will be charged for any late payments or failed payment transactions. A late fee may also apply if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 13679497 CANADA INC. be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to any loss of data or revenue. Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for services under this Agreement.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 13679497 CANADA INC. and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, actions, or legal proceedings arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If informal resolution fails, both Parties agree to submit the matter to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the Parties will submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body.

- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.

- Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be resolved in the judicial district of Québec City, Province of Québec, Canada.

10. Termination of Agreement

- Client Termination: The Client may terminate this Agreement by notifying 13679497 CANADA INC. in writing. However, once services have begun, no refunds will be granted.

- Termination for Breach: If the Client breaches any of the terms of this Agreement, 13679497 CANADA INC. reserves the right to terminate access to the services at its discretion, without liability.

- Outstanding Balance Upon Termination: If this Agreement is terminated by either Party for any reason, the Client agrees that any outstanding balance for services provided up to the termination date must be paid in full within 30 days of the termination notice. Any recurring payments cannot be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full. If the Client neglects to pay the balance within the specified time, all payments will continue as originally agreed upon.

Claims to Payment Processors: If the Client files a claim with PayPal or Stripe without attempting to resolve the dispute as outlined in Section 9: Dispute Resolution, an administrative charge of $750 will be automatically applied to the Client’s account. This charge is to cover administrative costs incurred due to the claim.

Termination of this Agreement will not affect obligations such as payment due or confidentiality, and these obligations will survive the termination.

11. Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation

- Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared in connection with the services, as outlined in the Confidentiality section of the Service Contract.

- Non-Solicitation: The Client agrees not to solicit or hire Insightful's employees or contractors for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this Agreement.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

- Amendments: These Terms and Conditions may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both Parties.

- Severability: If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior agreements.

13. Important Disclaimer

The Insightful Business makes no guarantees regarding results or earnings from our information, courses, programs, masterminds, coaching, plans, tools, or strategies.

You acknowledge and agree that no aspect of The Insightful Business brand has made any claims, warranties, promises, projections, representations, or guarantees about future earnings or that you will earn any money through the purchase of our programs, courses, trainings, masterclasses, or coaching. We have not authorized any individual or entity to make such claims on our behalf.

There are no guarantees of results or future earnings. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

While we may share our own sales figures and, in some instances, the earnings of previous or current participants, please understand that these figures are not a guarantee of success. The results mentioned are not typical or average. They are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual outcomes will vary and depend on various factors, including your background, business experience, motivation, and work ethic.

14. Disclaimer for Social Media and Ads Endorsements

Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn do not endorse or promote any of The Insightful Business products or services. All content and opinions expressed are solely those of The Insightful Business.

15. Amendments and Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
